Gerardo Luna answered:
Yes, there is, but all that is subjective. It all depends of your needs and wants. Some people with kids want to have certain things near them, some others without kids rather to have other things.
Some people are willing to give up a big piece of land in order to be near the beach.

South Tampa is a nice quite laid back community.
Lutz, in north Tampa is very nice and quiet. It all depends!
What you have in mind?

Outdoors? Social Gatherings? Dinning? Watersports? Golf?
You name it we got it!

Take it from a 6th generation Floridian...Channel side is definitely back on the rise. We happen to have a New York Style loft for sale that at its peak was valued at over 300K and can now be had for 120,000!!! The condo itself is within walking distance to great restaurants and just around the corner from an arena that is the home to the Tampa Bay Lighting and other great sporting and music events year round. If you wanted to take a short ride in your car, well the possibilities are endless!!! I would love to send you some of my listings in the area including my own and would be happy to help with your search. If you would like me to send you some more information these condos or maybe you are interested in taking a FREE Florida Boat Tour to see how great the Tampa Bay Area is, please give me a call. I would love to set that up for you and assist on your purchase.

Melissa Martinez Burton answered:
It depends on what you are looking for in a community, what you like to do, and where you would like to work. However, South Tampa is an excellent area for you and your husband as well as your grandchildren. There are several A rated schools in the area and there are so many things to do for you and your husband as well as your grandchildren. You are close to the beaches, Orlando is only an hour and a half drive away, and the commute in South Tampa is very easy! Hyde Park is just on of many areas you may like.

I am a third generation Tampa Native and would not live anywhere else other than South Tampa. I hope this helps! Feel free to call or email me with any additional questions about the area and what is right for you.

We agree with the concensus, that you should be in touch directly with your HOA and present your situation. Try calling the president of your association and/or writing to the Board of Directors.

I spoke to a salesperson at the developers' office since I had a possible buyer for one of the hotel sites and they indicated that opening probably would take place Spring of 2010. The Southbay Community Hospital is preparing their groundbreaking and any updates can be viewed at this site:…

Apollo Beach and Summerfield are the closest to both the mall and the hospital and both areas are still being built up rapidly.

Lisa offers some great advise. Let me know if you would like a phone # to a few really good real estate attorney's. None of these people on here have seen the provisions on your lease, and unless they are a licensed attorney they should not be offering legal advise.

I believe a short letter from an attorney would terminate that lease quickly under those provisions you mentioned, let me know if you would like the names and numbers. A few hundred bucks to an attorney is a heck of a lot cheaper than medical costs can be if you needed attention from say a rat bite, a roach crawls in your ear (it happens), etc.
