Robert McGuire answered:
Traivietxunguoi98,

This home is not for sale. It will come up for foreclosure sale if no remedy is proposed such as - listed as a short sale, a loan modification, or the seller paying off the past due amounts and keeping the home. If it does go to sale and the bank acquires it back, a designated Realtor will list it for sale after the bank decides what the sales price should be.

There is another foreclosure coming up on Sliverberry. It will go cheap because of needed maintenance.
Just an FYI - I have 2 rentals in Highlands Ranch and they go very fast - for full price.
We are buying another one this year. (a better ROI than the stock market...)

Both Highlands Ranch in general and The Hearth more specifically are great areas, but limited new construction other than in Backcountry. Resales are out there, though in limited supply. Feel free to search for homes in Highlands Ranch at http://www.searchforhomesincolorado.com/highlands-ranch-co-real-estate/ and let me know if there is anything we can do for you. Thanks. This home is off the market now. It was a bank owned and it sold! If you believe it is now a rental, you can write to the owner at the address or knock on their door! If you are looking for rental property, give me a call and I can help refer you to a Property Manager who will ensure the home you are renting is NOT IN FORECLOSURE!!

The Kinslow Team answered:
Hello Anne,

Yes this home does have a basement, as do most of the homes in Highlands Ranch and around Colorado. When moving in from other locations a lot of people do not understand how Basement Sq footage is counted or shown on a home. If you see a ranch listing that is only 1300 sq feet but has a full finished basement the entire home might be 2500-2600 finished sq feet. I hope this helps!

Hey Anne,

The property sold 26-JUN-2008 for $346,000.

I live, buy and sell in the area if I can help you find what you are looking for. In fact I have one active listing in the area that backs to open space.

Mike Baker answered:
Hello Gretchen,

These units were built by Shea Homes back in 2003. They are quite nice, in a good location of Highlands Ranch. The staircase that you are talking about goes to the garage which is located below the living space. Otherwise, it is a ranch style property with all the living space on one floor.

Hope this helps. If you want me to show you comparable alternatives in the area, let me know.

Good Living,
