The city of Henderson has a low crime rate,however every city has bad areas, I would strongly recommend to visit the Police department website for crime areas, as well as the school district website if you still have children that go to school, there is also a grading score for schools as well. ... more

Usually that is not a problem if the owner is willing to accept pets, they ask for a deposit. Always be honest with the type & how many. The additional cost of pets are what they are. As pet owners we need to accept that responsibility when renting, because even a cute furry kitty can put additional wear & tear on a home. If there is another application without pets currently on the home, or that comes in while under review a pet could bump your chance at acceptance of application in my experience. ... more

It means an offer has been accepted and escrow opened. The contingencies are for things like inspection, appraisal, etc. Once those contingencies have been cleared, it will go into "P" Pending status.

As you may already know short sales are by no means fast sales, unless already pre-approved by the lender--patience is needed. As for the lenght of time it will take, your agent can best answer with a guess estimate--make sure that all necessary paperwork from the seller was submitted to the lender and ask your agent to periodically check in for updates/status. ... more
