This Highland Beach condo is no longer on the market for rental. At this point in the year, most rentals are still asking for 120 days.

If you are still looking for a condo in Highland Beach, call your Highland Beach realtor and let that agent know your price range and how many beds/baths you most have, and whether or not you are willing to work with a 90 or a 120 days rental. Also, there will be an 11% bed tax that is levied on top of the monthly rental that you will have to pay.

Patricia,

The unit you are inquiring about is available but like we are seeing so much today with bank foreclosures not necessarily your best option. Wiltshire House is a great building in one of Palm Beach Counties best locations for ocean front living. You might also consider 1E1 in the same building which is a larger unit in better condition and listed at $419,000. The last sale in the building was a one bedroom unit that closed at $402,000 so both of these units are well priced. If you would like to get together and see both of these units please feel free to call me at your convenience. We can compare features, view and condition and go over the comparable sales in detail when we get together.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.

Good afternoon Henry,

The owners of this home have cancelled the listing after having tried to sell the home for over 5 years with various listings and slashing the list price about 50%. It is a tremendous house and I am sure the owners are more than willing to look at offers. Located in Bel Lido they did a total remodel after purchasing the home in 1998. I have a complete analysis of comparable sales that I would be more than happy to share with you and if you would like me to schedule a showing I would be more than happy to see if the owners are open to a reasonable offer.

I am easily reached at 561 308-0175 or via e-mail at tom@tompriester.com and would be happy to be of help. After just one call you will know why "Results Driven Real Estate" is your best path to success in today's market.

Alexander, I just looked up this property on the MLS and it's real. The price is $1,799,000 for new construction of 3 lots off the intracoastal. They look beautiful, don't they? I don't know how familiar you are with Highland Beach, but it's a very upscale community. Quite lovely there. Are you interested in it?

Regarding OTHER properties for sale in the same building, a center unit will be on the market this spring.
It is a fabulous permanent residence or turn-key property, with the feel of a perpetual vacation in the tropics.
Master en-suite with pool-view balcony and two custom walk-in closets. Marble master bath with shower, jetted tub, WC, and linen closet.
Second floor has a total of 5 walk-in closets! -- plus two linen closets and two wardrobe closets. All customized. Three bedrooms and reading nook. Plus, two private balconies. Opulence virtually unheard of in townhomes and condominiums.
Full laundry room with soaker sink and cabinetry. Two car garage with storage area. Gourmet granite kitchen. Terrific flow for entertaining. Dramatic intimate courtyard entryway. French doors abound. Fabulous architecture allows for exposure on three sides and glorious natural light.
