Ignacio, There are several choices in the McAllen are for rent. Houses will normally run $1000.00-$2000.00+ /month depending on how much you want to afford and what you are looking for. Feel free to text or email me your email address and I can send you a list of rentals in the area with the prices. I can help answer your questions, show you properties, and do contracts for rentals.

This home’s listing agent can tell you more about this place that I can (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). You can email the agent from listing page using the orange “Contact Agent” button to the right of the home photos.

Or, you can look for other local agents on Trulia here: http://www.trulia.com/voices/directory/

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Best,
Ali

Leno27,

The property that you are asking about is zoned commercial and located on 10th and Robin.

The lease rates on commercial leases vary. Rates could vary between $.60 and $2.00 depending on the type of building, amount of space, type of lease, etc.

I would be happy to sit down with you and guide you better as it comes to the specifics of your plans.

Hi Rick,
Since last two years, I am living in rental home in London. I am paying $500 rent for it. According to Recent customer leasing report, 60 % tenants presume to be paying more for their rented place in last 12 months, which is greater than 53% a year ago. The recent scenario suggest that there is always an increase in rental prices , this report is probably to be frightening for tenants in these areas who are already sense the clutch on individual income. If you are looking for a less expensive home then try to contact the real estate firm nearby in your area. The firm will help you to find the affordable rental homes. Christine,

A great place to start would be searching for an agent under "Find a Pro" under the Trulia tab.

You can view agents profiles & read Q&A, blogs, etc. You can email them direct and ask the same
question pertaining to that specific area.

Best of Luck!

Any local agent should be able to help you, contact any realty office(s) and inquire--or check local print media for by owner rentals, word of mouth, etc.
