She will have to sing a few documents we in TX have community property laws that requires all spouse to be made aware of all real estate transaction regardless of them being on the title. Work with a TX Lender who knows the laws. I would be delighted to provide you with some mortgage options, (this does not require us pulling your credit) that will allow you to make the best decision for your family. I can be contacted via my profile information for a no obligation consultation. My Office hours are 08:00 AM-08:00 PM Mon-Fri and Fri and Sat 08:00 AM-06:00 PM CST.

1850 actually sold already.... The owner still wants to sell 1851... They want to move. Probably to town.

Neat properties if you can get them. At one time if I remember correctly they had them listed together as one sale. They split them up and sold 1850..... now just need to find the right buyer for 1851....special house. Swimming pool in master...9 car garage....probably nothing like it around here. ... more

Square footage is customarily shown as the tax appraiser's estimate and is based on outside dimensions of the property. A single story house will be 5-10% smaller on inside space because of the depth of the wall structures.

A two-story house may be several hundred square feet smaller inside because of vaulted ceilings that do not have corresponding space upstairs, even though the appraiser's estimate might say there is. If the tax appraiser is working off building plans, there is less chance of error, but sometimes whole rooms are left off because the builder plans may have optional additions or modifications.

In order to give a more accurate estimate of space, just let me know where you saw the property so we can get the plans or other information for you.
