You can only add your home to Trulia if a licensed real estate agent has it listed. Best of luck

Being, you bought at the absolute high point of the boom market, it is now worth approximately $92,000. You could test the market at around $105,000.

We'd also like to pull a little money out of the house for improvements. What would be the best way to do it? It will be a vacation home we want to rent out.

That is a question that can not really be answered correctly because you are asking about the entire city. There is a higher percentage of vacation homes in the beachside area than mainland but to get a true percentage still can't be done unless one goes door to door because of the single family homes that are not in an HOA setting.

Hope that helps.

Freedom777 - It's true that the economy has some tough patches, but it's also true that home sales are on the rise. In our area of NE Georgia, sales board-wide were up 14% in 2011 over 2010. For our company Coldwell Banker High Country Realty they were up 28%. For me personally, they were up 55%. Although in 2010 I was lagging because I had a mother that was sick and passed away and so my focus wasn't as strong as it was in 2011. Just this first part of the year 2012 in this area, we're off to a great start! Here's a link to see it's not just my opinion - so stay positive. There are also many other factors that should help the housing industry in the next few years which I will go into later. Be Blessed!

Hi Starlynn96,

Trulia doesn't charge you to use our site and search for homes. If you have signed up to receive foreclosure information from RealtyTrac and would like to discontinue the service, please access the link below to find the best method to contact them directly with your request to cancel.

Hi Karen,

Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for bringing this listing to our attention. It appears as though we are currently showing out-dated and thus incorrect listing information for this property. I will block this out-dated information shortly and at that time this listing will be removed from our site. I encourage you to contact Appalachian Land Co to request that they add this listing to the data feed they send to us. Once they do so, our site should display the information they provide to us automatically. In the meantime you can also submit the listing to us manually via the link below.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about this.
