Hello Tab_pay1316, you did not include an address or link to know what address you are inquiring for pictures. If you have an agent and are out of the area the agent could send you pics or video of the home.

You will need to be pre-approved to be able to meet/hire an agent to view and submit offers on any homes of your choice. Are you looking for an investment property or primary residence? Anyways with an address there may be pictures available.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out. I apologize if you experienced any inconvenience or frustration with editing your for sale by owner listing and I am happy to help take care of your concern.

As a general reference, Trulia does not have a central platform to post/edit listings. Instead, listings are sent to us through a variety of feed sources such as partners, brokers, agents, third-party feed providers, or directly from an MLS.

Your listing, specifically, is being sent to us from Zillow, which is our partner site that sends us listings. Here is a link to your Zillow listing:

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/6750-Princess-Ln-Avon-IN-46123/85332322_zpid/

Any changes you are requesting to your listing on Trulia will need to be updated at the source, Zillow. Here is a helpful link on how to edit your Zillow listing:

https://zillow.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/215448047-How-do-I-edit-my-for-sale-by-owner-listing-

Your changes will automatically update to Trulia within 24 hours.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thank you for using Trulia!

Your best option is to draft up a sale contract to purchase the home at $120,000 as this would pay off the current mortgage including the taxes. Your loan options would be between a conventional loan with 3% down or FHA with 3.5% down and UMPI fees. You will have the option of a $43 monthly PMI with Conventional loan and it will eventually go away when the loan is reduce to 80% loan to Value or $81.00 monthly for FHA PMI that stays with you over the life of the loan.

I would be delighted to provide you with some mortgage options, this does not require us pulling your credit and will allow you to make the best decision for your family. I can be contacted for a FREE no obligation consultation.

Please don't be discouraged, there are ways to rebuild your credit if you're denied, and 600 is not so bad, your only 20-40 points away from getting approved, and with some minor adjustments you can achieve it. I just closed on my home, my credit score was 580,599,623 in 4 months it shot up to 660,692,720. A co-worker told me about a credit repair company, the consultation was free so I said what the heck and gave it a try, she gave me some simple instruction I did it and my equifax jumped up by 28 points. If you're interested her phone # is 347-500-6371 call or text and tell her Anderson sent you. Good luck my friend ... more

Just wondering how this turned out. It can be very difficult to get out of a new build. Its important that you know just what your getting into. A ratified copy in new builds can be different then in the resell market. You sign a contract to build but you may not sign the final contract until you have chosen all your fixtures and make final changes. When the final is done and just before they break ground is when you receive the final documents. Even at this stage you can make some changes but few.
You should all along the process have copies of everything you sign. Insist they send everything asap.
Its exciting to build a new house.

You should be able to go in an edit the listing. If your the Realtor claim the listing and correct. Much better when you claim the listing and then add other information your self.

Good Luck

A finished basement might increase the value, but it depends on a couple of variables. Personally, I'd contact a realtor and ask their opinion. They would know more about what the market wants in your area right now. They might give you a better price than an investor as well. http://www.hopleybuildersinc.com ... more
