Please know the 'Edit Home Facts' feature is currently removed from all property pages. While we do not have a time frame for when this will be restored, I can assure you this is only temporary. Home facts on Trulia is coming from your county records. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process. Our best recommendation is to check with the county to ensure the information is correct at the source.

As always I would recommend that you have your own buyers agent because you will pay the same price with or without. You need someone watching out for your best interest. Hendersonville is a fine town. It's close to Nashville, which brings with it the positives of convenience and the negatives of traffic. Interestingly, I've seen both Hendersonville, TN and nearby Smyrna, TN ranked as top places to retire.

You can change the pictures on any home that you've claimed. Go to Account --> Listings and select "Add More Photos" under the one that you'd like to edit. Then you can remove and change photos that you'd like to edit.

If you have more trouble, I'd suggest using the Trulia Help Desk -- They have great customer service!

I agree with everyone's answers - the market suggests now is a great time to buy! However, to answer your question in a more straightforward fashion: The market as a whole usually slows down in the winter (Especially Mid November through December) - and gets very hot with the weather in the Summer!

But this is where it gets tricky: There are fewer buyers in the winter, so that might suggest you can get a better deal. However, there are also fewer homes available, so if you are looking for something very specific, you may have trouble finding it and thus may still pay a premium when you do find it.

In the summer, there are a lot more homes on the market, but also a lot of people looking. It can really balance out on both ends.

Also, if you are moving a family and transitioning school districts / communities - It may be best to buy in the spring / early summer. While you may pay a bit more, there is a lot of value in easing what can be an exciting, but often difficult transition.

For a very simple and straightforward answer, I have to back up Rodney's answer on this: The Fico score is definitely what most lenders use and thus would be the most important in my opinion. That doesn't mean the vantage score is irrelevant nor that you won't be able to find a lender that uses is, but FICO is what you should probably pay the most attention to. ... more

While it's varies depending on a lot of circumstances, a lack of road frontage does diminish the value. However, on a property that is already developed, the value is mostly based off of appeal to the buyer / renter rather than hard costs of build a structure or perform maintenance.
As Larry said, try to find out about any maintenance agreements.
If you find the property desirable, without the road frontage, because of other merits, then chances are that there will also be others who will see this value.
Regardless, from an investment point of view, unless the road frontage were to somehow change (and depending on the maintenance agreements) the value for the property is already determined with this in place and should not affect future resale value any further.
