Good Afternoon Tim,

I have experience working with both new and experienced investors.

I have a couple of ideas that may work out for you as a starter package but first I need to know a bit more about what your plans, needs and goals are.

Feel free to contact me when you have a moment and we can start the discussion...

Don't waist your time or money. This area has never taken off like it was advertised to happen. I don,t care that tCeline Dion lives there. Water is going to make or break Lake Las Vegas. ... more

If you would like to email me the parcel number and your pay off amount I can have the title company prepare an estimated closing disclosure for you so you can see your bottom-line as well as all expenses associated with the sale.

Best Regards,

Sunfish Drive doesn't have homes, it is part of a condo development called Newport Cove. It's a popular little area, and there are five condos on Sunfish under contract currently, but none actively for sale. Unfortunately "big box" advertising sites like Trulia and Zillow never keep their database updated, so it looks like a lot more properties are for sale than there really are.

If you want to look at only condos or homes that are actively for sale on a site that is updated daily, go to:

Hope this helps!

Hi Melissa,
You've taken the first step, in reaching out for help. I specialize in the Henderson area, am a ABR,
which is an accredited buyers representative, who specializes in working with buyers like yourself.
My office is right near the Green Valley Ranch, the heart of Henderson, which for many years has been the fastest growing city here. You will need to determine the funds you have available to purchase, most important we need to get you pre qualified with a lender, whom, I can recommend. This lets the sellers know that you are serious and committed in purchasing. It also gives us a search criteria to stay within, so we are not searching for properties that do not fit the budget. We can discuss your time frame, and other criteria that would be important in this purchase. Give me a call at 702-591-0300 or email me back a number that you can be reached on. I look forward speaking with you soon. Lenora

Hi Jeff,
I am working with lender who can give you a loan to purchase a property if you have at least 30 %down. they have some requirements , but I can give you more information if you are willing to use loan. Otherwise I will need more information about your search criteria. Also my company is offering property managament so you can count that after you purchase the property we will find renters and take away all burden of managing. When you want to sell and price to sell is right I can sell for you. Also I am experienced to work with foreign investors and buyers. Call me or send me e-mail, so we can start the process. You can also log in my website to see what is available right now even foreclosures. Yes the foreclosures is a better deal, but some of them you have to rehab, before to rent. I also worki with group of people who can do this for you.
Have a great day and I hope to talk with you soon so we can start shopping
