First, this ordinance is technically illegal based on HUD standards.

Second, there is a "surcharge" for this option

Third, Buda and Kyle areas are close and do not have these issues at this time, neither does New Braunfels.

Rentals in Buda and Kyle are very reasonable and in some cases so are New Braunfels but, the closer you get to the Lake in New Braunfels the higher the price usually.
