I just did a quick check. The average Sold Price today is $127.00, There are 2 or 3 Pending sales and nothing Active for sale.

You may have heard that the market has changed direction for the better...prices are going up, first time in over 5 years. Offers are written the same day the home is listed, all across the US.

If your interested in closed properties in this development, I could send you emails the day homes close.

The condo's overlooking Hayden Lake and the marina have an HOA of $348.08 per month, and as far as I know, there are no special assessments pending.

I was involved in a lender owned property where we went into multiple offers and the note holder rejected all of them. 30 days later they dropped the price and my client purchased the home for less than her original offer.
You never know what lenders will do have your agent work it and see where it goes.

Pam Jank is mistaken on her comments.

A similar model down the street was short-listed but sold.

Our home has a terrific finished basement that was permitted and inspected with the City of Coeur d'Alene.

It is unfortunate when miss information is posted on the website. Ms. Jank is apparently a Real Estate Pro, but has her information incorrect.

Our home is currently on the market.
