I'm trying to keep an accurate list of rental properties available in Oahu, HI, but when I try to remove/delete properties they always remain or reappear.

Christine Kim-Broker/Property Manager answered:
Hi Aimee,
Typically, longterm rents in Hawaii Kai run around $2000 -2300 for a renovated 2bdrm and $2500- 2800+ for a $3bdrm. If it is a newer Single Family Home with pool and garage you will be looking at over $3000-$4000. Is this your home you are interested in renting out? I can get you more detailed rental rate if you let me know what you have and what you want.
BTW, You can get even more if you furnish it or allow it to be a vacation rental.
Hope that gives you at least a rough indication of the rental market here.

Warm aloha,
Christine Kim
