Learn the local building codes as they pertain to remodeling. FL has an extensive list of repair/replacement jobs that require a FL licensed contractor to complete in our state that may not require a contractor's license to do in certain other states. Cutting corners can end up costing you a sale and can also lead to paying fines to the local code enforcement. Knowledge of the code is important for a flipper. ... more

Marita Depends on the Landlord and/or Community! Contact me
directly we can sort it out. The issue of " pets in residence"
seems to be more involved each new year. For Tenants
there can even be " pet's rent" padded on to the deal.!
Many Associations are now having tenant applicants
post a " pet security Deposit " for lease approvals!

We can help you anticipate what's out there and
your options! Ask me to help!

Trulia lists information on most of the homes in the area which means you have to look closely to determine if it is actually for sale or not. If it says No that means the house is there for informational purposes only. You should find a Realtor in your area if you want specific information about a particular home. ... more

Bob Brubaker answered:
If you never received a signed contract back- there is nothing to cancel . As the property
is " off the market" it seems unclear that there is anything to wait for.
The dates, contingencies and possibly terms are going to be different even if a similar
offer would be considered. Best to get your deposit back and have your agent stay in touch
with both you and the selling side. Keep yyour funds handy and make sure any
pre-approval for a mortgage is up-to-date. This way you are ready to go if the situation
changes but not " bogged -down " on "hold " . Best of Luck !
