The only property of any size in that area, but not 525 Lee Drive is 10.91 acres in an area called "MissionaryLand" behind the railroad tracks that run behind the housing on Lee Drive in Havelock. I am not able to see where there might be a legal access to the property although the deed may contain reference to an easement for access. Its location and lack of access makes it what appears to be a non-conforming property which means you may not be able to develop it. At this point, I think agricultural uses are what it could be used for and I really have noidea of what a small "farm" might be worth. Good Luck! - Nan ... more

Larry Story answered:
Rick,

First I must ask is your home for sale? If this is a listing for sale then the square footage is coming from the listing that has been inputed online. Trulia gets their information from different sources. So depending on the source of the information that is where to look first to get it corrected. If you agent has a Trulia account and they have linked your home to their profile as one of their listings then they can go in and edit the information. However, if they do not correct it at the source then it will most likely change back after the site updates and pulls the information again from the original source. Either way I would contact your listing agent to get the correction made.

If you home is not for sale then this is a "Public Record" and Trulia is pulling their information from the local tax records of the county you live in.

Hope this helps,

Larry Story

Hello Randall,

Nathan from Trulia here. When you are looking for listings on Trulia and apply filters to your search our system will match those keywords or filters to match the data provided in the listing. We may have numerous rentals on Shipman Rd. that accept pets, but there may be some options that are not provided in the listing data, and if those options are included within your filtered search our system will not display those listings. Good Luck in your home search! If you have further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team at 1-888-466-3501 or customerservice@trulia.com

Brian Nguyen answered:
The most effective way to fix your credit score is to pay your revolving credit card balance. Also, you should pay past debt and collection. After a collection is on your credit there isn't much that can be done in the short run. It is best to pay back any collections as soon as possible. So as time goes on the collection will become more insignificant to your credit score and will help it return to a better score. I would suggest to continue making timely payments and pay off any previous debt.

I hope this helps and good luck!

Debbie, if you would contact me directly with your criteria I can provide listings that will suit you. There are many homes in the area with water deep enough to satisfy sailboat owners but probably not in Havelock proper. Please email or call me at nancy.innerbanks@gmail.com or 252.229.7534 to talk about your goals.

Best regards,

Good question Barrett. FSBO listings are currently filtered by partners like Postlets and aren't included in the data feeds they deliver to us. If you check the fine print for those sights you should find that stated clearly.
