This home is beautiful. It seems to be a little over priced for the market. I did a market analysis and the homes in that area are selling for about 90 dollars a square foot this one is priced at 109 dollars. Let's go look at it. If your interested we'll go from there.

Kathy, It looks like it is part of an estate. I'll call the realtor who had it listed last. It was withdrawn from the market in September. But, hasn't sold. I'll let you know what I find out. I'd love to help however I can.

Talk to you tomorrow.

Seth Parker answered:
I just checked the MLS and unfortunately, it's not listed as available there. This is/was a foreclosure and there are some serious considerations about buying a foreclosure in Alabama. Make sure you read up on the 1 year right of redemption and everything that entails.

If you ever see a home you like, you can call any licensed agent to show it to you. We all share the same home database called the MLS.

Good luck!
