I always tell my clients that any of these web sites "demographics" come from the US Census so you might as well go to the source! FYI, the local elementary school will show demographics as well and might give you a general idea of the immediate area.

WELCOME to Houston,

You will find that the Northeast side of Houston has the fastest commute into downtown on Highway 59. There are a number of neighborhoods there including Fall Creek, Atascocita, and Kingwood. These are large communities, some master planned with all the shopping, restaurants and stores you may need. Prices vary by neighborhood and community, but you can find homes priced in the low $100's up to over $1 Million.

There is also many families that love The Woodlands, which is located North on I-45. There is an abundance of activities there. The Cynthia Mitchell Pavillion is there for concerts, many restaurants, a regional shopping mall and homes priced from $100's to well over $Million.
