If you have a place in mind in Harbordale, go, look and find out what the rates are for moving in. As far as traditional rental units. It's early unless you happen to see one that is occupied until your move in date. Traditional renting is going to require 1st, last, security and in Harbordale there are only 2 active rental listings in the MLS under $995.
