Understand that ANYONE can post a rental. Trulia is only displaying 3rd party info, and there are ways for scammers to post fake listings on other websites which then get mirrored on trulia, zillow, realtor, etx.. When a deal seems too good to be true, it is.. ALWAYS verify EVERYTHING you see online with a local Realtor. Realtors adhere to a strict code of ethics which offers you consumer protection and piece of mind. Flag the listings and email fraud@trulia.com ... more

11566 SE AERIE CRESCENT RD this house might have been in foreclosure but not currently in foreclosure, it shows for sale today. It has been for sale since July 2013 and it was not listed before that and you asked the question in January 2013. The sellers paid over $507,000 for the house so it is a steal right now and they had an offer but it did not stay together. If you would like to see if please give me a call. The information on some web sites like Realty track has bad information. If you would like current information on homes feel free to contact me. Thanks, Tom Inglesby, Broker RE/MAX ... more

David Peck answered:
Hi Tricia,

The house number of this property is not known at this time. This property is in the foreclosure process but is not currently available for purchase. Trulia posts these on their site to show some of the pre-foreclosure inventory that is out there.

The house number could be found through a county default search, but it wouldn't do you much good since the owners don't have it up for sale.

I hope that helps...

I'm not suggesting LuzMaria, or any other seller's agent, is doing anything unethical to represent a buyer as well as a seller in the same transaction. . .

Buying a home is a very complicated process involving a lot of negotiation between buyer and seller, and I believe any buyer is best represented by an agent whose fiduciary duty is to that buyer alone. ... more

Kathy this probably appears from where you are at to be a steal and it is but there are other houses in the area that are a better value than this one that have sold for over $600,000 asking high $300's today. You have to look at the neigborhood and not be in one where there are many short sales because this really drags the values down and the minimium upkeep of the homes hurts the neighbors. One builder there sold many homes with a buy down that let them make $1,000 payments for 2-3 years and they are all now coming due. If you go to my website at http://www.equitygroup.com/tinglesby and enter this ml number 9006025 it will give you more pictures. Good luck.
