The dues are currently accessed at $65 per month; however, if you pay by the month there is a $1.50 processing charge. If you pay annually you only pay $745, which is a savings of $35 and you also receive $30 in gift certificates to the country club. The dues were reduced in 2013. I purchased my home in March 2007, and with the exception of 2011 and 2012, when they were $80/month (paid annually $880/one month credit) the POA dues have been $65/month. ... more

Hi Virginia
There is a beautiful beach on the south side of the Bay St Louis to Pass Christian bridge that stretches all the way thru Waveland and ends at the Silver Slipper Casino. There are many lots for sale to build your own dream home on and a few homes up for sale both on the beach road and a few blocks back from the beach.
You can email me or call me at 228-233-0601.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Depends on the length of time you are parking it there. I would suggest if permanent look for areas further north but still in Hancock county.

Ohh. I love your area in Florida. The little gambling boats that go out on water! You will really love it here on the gulf coast. Similar lifestyle and small family friendly towns. Bigger casinos to enjoy here plus lots of other entertainment. There are great sources online. Rentals are now on Realtor.com and those are updated within 24 hrs, so no old listings. Feel free to pick any realtor to show you any home you find. You don't have to use the one listed. We all work together and work for free for buyers and renters. The owners are the ones that generally pay the realtors because when we list a property we do lots more work. For example, advertising, open houses, checking on property and updates to owners. It's a lot more costly and time consuming. We love our buyers too because without them nothing would get sold. :) ... more

Umm....almost everything here in Hancock County south of the interstate flooded. It is an area that hasn't flooded since Hurricane Camille. It is in a wonderful location. Middle School and High School, just about a block or two away. Shopping within a mile away along with good places to eat. Less than five miles away from beaches. The beaches here don't have clear blue water. I personally don't like to get in the water because it isn't close to being clear. I like to take the kids fishing. The beaches on the other side of the Bay Bridge are much cleaner and is only a few miles away. Also the Hollywood Casino is less than five miles away. Can't pass that one up. It's definitely a steal. If you're still looking to buy, I would definitely give this one a look first hand. I am looking to buy, but as a single mother with three children, I am looking for something not as expensive. I just saw your question, and figured I would give you a little information. Hope it was helpful. ... more
