If you're in the area and have the time, it's also a great idea to drive by any properties you think that you might be interested in. The MLS system that services South Hadley goes back to 1993 (19yrs). If you are looking for some specific sold property information please feel free to contact me. Looking in the Registry of Deeds database will get you a lot of information but to my knowledge it won't give you any sort of reports.
