Thank you for contacting us regarding the erroneous foreclosure status on this property page. I apologize we have false foreclosure information listed on our home details page. This data is provided to us from Zillow foreclosures and we currently do not have the ability to edit or remove the information that they are sending us.

Please be advised that I have created a ticket request to Zillow Consumer Care to remove the Foreclosure status of your property from their site. Once the status is removed from Zillow, it will automatically update to Trulia after 24-48 hours.

Thank you for using Trulia!

We’re excited you’re using Trulia for your home search process. We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Buy' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

You probably don't. Most the foreclosures posted here are not for sale. RealtyTrac post partial information about homes that have fallen behind on their payments and are "in foreclosure" but most will either resolve their issues or list with an agent and sell on the market for real price, not what they suggest.
Don't let these listings distract you. Find a great local agent to send you all the listings that you can buy.

Have to agree because our home is estimated on all other websites for over $500,000 but Trulia has us estimated at $239,000. HUGE discrepancy!!!

201 Equestrian Drive, Forsyth, GA 31029. Trulia from what I can find out is headquartered in China. The other websites are within the United States of America.

We had both tax assessor and appraiser and they both were over $500,000 with the appraiser at $560,000. Trulia, you need to repair your software! Zillow is much closer of an estimator.

Lenders and appraisers do not even look at internet valuations, so they say. You can log into these websites and try to fix their errors, but the computers does not change or update their valuation of property. We logged into Trulia to make corrections but no luck being published.

If you want to buy a home with cash tell your Realtor to write the offer as a cash offer. Cash is king so you will have better negotiation power.

You will most likely need to speak with an attorney if the estate does not know who owns the property. There should be an executor who handled the estate, but if there was no will then things get much more complicated. Until the legal owner is determined it will not be possible to close on the property. ... more
