That will be hard to find. The resale market has been strong since early last year and it's unlikely a Seller would tie up a property they are selling with lease/option deal. With a sizable non-refundable option payment up front and a reasonable short rental period, they might. Pets should not be yok much of a hurdle on the Notth Shore.
Why are you needing to do this lease/option and not just purchase?
