Contact your new realtor to claim it as his listing and then he can change the price. It may change automatically in a week or 2

Italiano,

Pretty vague question....are you looking for areas with low taxes? What do you consider "low taxes"?

More information will allow us to help you better. :)

Probably cannot sue them but if your grandparents can close sooner and avoid the risk of losing the sale, I would advise them to find temporary housing and just close.

I offer "Market Snapshot" as a free service on my website. If you go there and order one, it will give you the properties that have closed within whatever time frame you request, and it will also update you monthly, if you'd like.
No obligation whatsoever.

Hi Nonab,

The Gatherings is a new subdivision of 55 and over apartments. There are 96 units in 4 buildings ranging in price from the upper 200's to the low 300's. Beazer Homes is a large homebuilder. Most of their stuff is in southern NJ, though they did build Fieldstone Ridge in Wantage, a 24 home subdivision.

If you would like to see some units in the Gatherings, contact me through my website. When you buy new construction through the builders sales staff, your interests are NOT represented. You are better off using your own buyers agent.

Happy Holidays and good luck home shopping!

Marc
