Floor plans aren't always available in every listing. It really depends on the listing agent and if he or she wants to spend money on marketing the property. I find them very useful and use them in mostly all my listing to help buyers get a better feel for the place. ... more

This home may be in a pre-foreclosure state. If so, it could take years before you will see it listed for sale unless the homeowner decides to list as a short sale. Homes under $300,000 are hard to find in Haddonfield (especially in good condition!). I do know of one home in that area that's in very nice condition (similar to this home). While not under $250,000, it could be purchased for a very reasonable price (definitely under $300,000)! Give me a call if you're interested!

Hello Sue,
Information online is put in by the listing agent. We have some basic requirements that must be put in. This home is a short sale. It does have a basement; however, most basements in that area are not conducive to finishing due to the low ceilings. They were not built to be used as living space. As for parking, it has no garage and indicates 1-car parking in the MLS. It DOES list as having central air. Heat is gas.
One suggestion in looking at homes: use the aerial view map to see how the home sits on the property, if it has a driveway, etc.

If you have a Buyer-Agency relationship with a Realtor, they can obtain more information for you.

Hi J,

From your question, it sounds as if you are asking if you could rent this out if you were to buy it. You have the right, but there could be a couple rules and regulations impacting this. The only way to know for sure is to request a copy and review. This is part of the due diligence process should you decide to pale an offer.

Current taxes are still $6,338. Condo fee is $400. It is customary for the Landlord to pay this fee. I do, however, have much success at getting tenants to pay water and sewer.

This condo has been on the market for 487 days, so there is most certainly room for negotiation.

Regarding renting, it is has been on the market for rent at $2,200 for 258 days, which is odd in this market, so I would really have to understand before I could advise you purchase this as an investment; there be better options out there if this is your goal.

I went to Haddonfield High School and own a home in Haddon Township. I am an Associate Broker with Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty and would be happy to discuss things with you further.

Call or email anytime.

I am Tina Martin and have been a Realtor for 20 years. I did not write this question as this is something a seasoned realtor would know after one year in the business or they need to find a new job. I don't know if I have been spamed or Trulia is making questions up but I hate to waste your time and expertise by sharing your responses to bogus inquiries. Realtors who respond to these questions are educated and in ernest about helping people. They are to be respected and not scammed! ... more

Dear Jodi,

This property on Estaugh Avenue is NOT on the market. It has been withdrawn by the Seller. This was a lovely home with a very nice kitchen but a fairly small lot. There is a smiliar home on Truman Avenue with is a nice street that runs perpendicular to the home on Estaugh which has the same "flavor" as Truman. It has 6 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 baths and is in wonderful condition. If you like Truman; you'll love Estaugh. These homes are very charming and relect the colonial spirit of Haddonfield with modern upgrades. I live in 08033 and have been a Realtor for almost 20 years in town. Send me an email or give me a call I will give you the whole story on this wonderful home. Best to you! ... more
