You need to work with a realtor for this. Real estate websites are limited with their search criteria and don’t list monthly fees because realtors refuse to publish it. Realtors want buyers like you to call them. If monthly fees were published online, buyers wouldn’t be calling realtors.... more
Nope. You'd be looking at a mortgage payment in excess of $2K/mo. No lender is going to approve your paying more than 1/3 of your income in housing expenses. You'd be far better off sitting down with a lender to find out how much you can borrow and then looking for a house.... more
Hello, I realize your post was well over a year ago; but, I'm looking for a one bd - something in the same amount - for a responsible one dog owner. Were you successful in finding something? And, if so, would you recommend it? Thank you... more
Yes but - you need to ask your agent if they spoke to the seller's agent and confirmed the offer was received and if yes, was it presented to the seller. The seller could be away or reviewing your offer along with others. Tom Hinz www.shortsaletosell.com... more
I have a similar experience that I am presently disputing with Weichert Realtors. I was new as a NYS Licensed Realtor with this office in NY when they told me to list my house and sell through them. Well, I sold my house and I got my commission check, but they only gave me a check of less than 1/4 of the amount they owed me. I recently moved out of state and became a Referral Associate with Weichert. I was a full time agent when I signed my contract. I have a right to residual. I am presenlt trying to get the rest of my commission and my old office manager is not trying hard enough to get me the rest of my commission refunded. I was told by my old office that I should go through my office manager and just wait for an answer. Well it's now been one month and I haven't heard anything from her. What can I do, and who can I speak to?... more
You should be able to provide that there is a working furnace for heat or other heat source for the CO...although you could ask about a conditional CO while doing reno or repair and have the final CO issued when work is done and everything is shown to be in working order.
