Hello,

We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the 'Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Select your preferred property type, square footage, allowed pets, etc.
5. Click the orange 'Done' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Request Viewing" button. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

Find an agent that can help. If theres nothing on MLS that takes sec 8 look on Sec 8 website and some of the internet websites that list rentals. Its up to the owner of the property along with the property being qualified to accommodate Sec 8 applicants which is a timely and expansive process to go through. ... more

lornajean46,

Are you still looking for a home in the Gurnee area? Gurnee is one of the areas I specialize in. Sometimes rental listings don't specify if they will accept section 8 housing, but I can always find out if they will. The best part is my service is does not cost you anything as a potential tenant in most cases. Get all the most recent and updated information daily on rental listings. I also offer a FREE and without obligation market analysis for anyone who is looking to rent, sell, or buy in Lake and McHenry Counties. Why not get the most current market information to aid you in any decision?

All the best,
Gary Geer

Hi Mrs Snow
Pembrook subdivision might be a good place to consider. Do you have pets or smoke? Both limit owners interest in renting to you. Also, credit score and rental application need to be adequate to stellar.
Call me and I can customize a web page for you to see everything in your targeted monthly rent range under the BR count and pet limitations.
thanks!!
