That's a long shot. All of the houses down by the beach are a lot more expensive than if you live away from the water. I pay twice that for 4/3 about 30 miles north of there.

Hi Kerry,

The property address you referenced above comes back to Regency Cabanas Townhomes on Pensacola Beach and I did not find any available rentals in that complex. Regency Cabanas is a nice place. They are 3 bed 2 Bath with Garage.

If you can give me an idea of indoor / outdoor features, price range and length desired on the rental, I will see what I can find for you.

Bill Eckler answered:

Since there are so many seasonal renters in Florida a good answer to your question depends on the time of year you plan on making your move.

Typically, peak winter season from Decembet through April are difficult time for renters to find accomodations. However, after May 1st it becomes considerable easier to find rental opportunities....and, the rental rates a cheaper as well.

If you are planning on looking during that May-November window, you shouldn't have a problem.

Good luck,

I don't know if there is a Florida law about being required to provide appliances.

I am in California. I am a property manager and we are not required to maintain our appliances. Any appliances provided are not included in the rent and are for the convenience of the tenant but the landlord is not responsible for repair or replacement. That said we usually do repair the appliances to keep the tenants happy but we let them know we are going out of way to help we don't get the negative feedback you are experiencing.

What dose your lease say?
