Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to contact regarding your request to remove your home from Trulia. Upon further review of your property page, I see your property is in 'Public Record' status. This means your home is off the market and for informative purposes only. We display property information on Trulia to provide consumers with transparent real estate information. We receive this information from public records gathered by a third-party data collector from your county. Our mission is to empower consumers with information and tools to make smart decisions about homes, real estate and mortgages. For this reason, we do not remove public record property information from Trulia.

That said, we do have ability to remove photos. The photos have been removed from display:

Jay, Check your agreement and let your agent know about the home you found. Your agent can talk to this seller and might be able to get the seller to pay his/her commission. A good agent will easily be able to show how valuable their expertise is, and hopefully the seller will see the value in having your agent represent you as a client, and assist the seller as a customer to get everyone to the closing table. If your agent represents you, they will fight to get you the deal, at, or below, market value.

I am in Georgia where customarily, the seller pays the real estate commission. However, everything is negotiable. Hope that helps and Good Luck.

Mystic is located near three excellent hospitals. Lawrence and Memorial in New London is an excellent hospital with a specialty Joslin Diabetes Center and soon will expand jointly with Dana Farber for a brand new cancer care center. Norwich's Bacchus Hospital is well knowns for excellent surgery care. Westerly Hospital in RI is going through some changes right now but has been a favorite for it's personalized care and service. All are good hospitals, all are nearby, and Pequot Emergency is even closer for when seconds count. ... more

I was wondering if you were able to find what you needed on the school system in the Mystic area. I would love to talk with you about moving to this area or any of the surrounding areas. I am a licensed reator working in the Mystic area and would love to show you homes. It does not cost you anything to work with your own agent. Call me when you have a moment and I will be glad to help you.
