If you are looking for an apartment, you will have to search for apartments on your own on this site and other rental sites. Apartment complexes do not work with Real Estate agents for the most part. But if you are looking for a house, duplex or a condo then a Realtor will be able to help.

Your really should be discussing this with your Buyer's Agent. We cannot see any of the paperwork and have not viewed the home. A Buyer's Agent, working for the Buyer would be able to make more accurate suggestions. ... more
