If you are looking for an apartment, you will have to search for apartments on your own on this site and other rental sites. Apartment complexes do not work with Real Estate agents for the most part. But if you are looking for a house, duplex or a condo then a Realtor will be able to help.

Good Luck in your search!

Some units in that complex have leased between $800 and $1200 per month. I would advise workign with a local real estate agent to secure the best and latest information for any specific property, in any area.

Best to you, and Happy Holidays.

I think you mean 1750 Vernier. Most recent sale for $82000. 2 for sale at $75000 and $85000. Not an easy sale right now.

Tough question and the simple answer is 150,000 - 200,000. Without seeing it, needless to say the fair market value of such a small complex would be what a buyer is willing to pay. Really need to see it. ... more

You need to speak with a seasoned loan officer to get an answer specific to your situation. Not only is the period of time removed from the foreclosure important, but also what has happened with your credit in the meantime.

Ryan & Andrea Dickey answered:

If you take all of the properties that are currently on the market in Grosse Pointe Woods (196 as of 6/12), and find the AVERAGE price per square foot, the dollar amount would be $111.88. If you add up every square foot of all the 196 homes and divide it by every dollar they are listed for, the price per square foot for Grosse Pointe Woods homes is: $114.44.

Using the Grosse Pointe Hot Sheet, you can see every available property in the Grosse Pointe area. We also have a Hot Sheet for St. Clair Shores. I can email you a copy of the worksheet that I used to answer your question, or you can go to: to find the answer for yourself.

If you have any other questions or would like us to come do a competitive market analysis for your home, please contact Ryan or Andrea at

This was 6 months ago--now it's probably 6K underwater, so re financing is probably not an option. Probably should have waited to get a lower price and a lower interest rate.

Gerald, I would agree with Nicole, until you close on the home, you do not own it. I would also agree with Lisa banks try to get every nickel.

Your really should be discussing this with your Buyer's Agent. We cannot see any of the paperwork and have not viewed the home. A Buyer's Agent, working for the Buyer would be able to make more accurate suggestions. ... more

Jibba, With this question, there are so many variables involved. For instance, are you including the cost of the land, sewer and water hook-up, gas and electrical connection? How many stories, how elaborate a design? Energy efficient?

Try the website below or Google "Online Construction Cost Estimators"

If you still have questions, let me know, I'll try to find a local professional to help.
