Great question! One that many people who have not been able to sell are starting to ask. In the last year property values have risen by 10%+ in the last year according to the Multiple Listing data.

The most accurate way to determine the price would be to hire an appraiser. They are the only ones with the correct licensing to establish a value. As a Realtor, I can offer is a recommended listing price that I would market the home for sale at and my thoughts on what the final sales price would be. My techniques are similar to an appraiser, but will not carry the same weight.

If you are the property owner, I would be glad to do the research and discuss the results. If you are looking to buy in the area then I would be happy to show you similar properties since this home is not on the market.

Google is normally only close to the right property, and the bath rooms are some other data source, county data or something other data. Have the realtor enter the right information, and maybe by locking in the right Google photo, it will be corrected. Data on Google sometimes shows where the homes mail box is and not the property address, as they get the data from the post office for these locations of the addresses. Good luck. ... more

Rates the best they have been in 40 years now is the time to find your dream home. This lender doesn't sell their loans so they don't have to meet the federal guidelines. There is a $7500 federal tax credit available to first time buyers if you have not owned a home in the past 3 years. There is a renter so I need 24 hour notice but I can get you there or pick up up.
