Foreclsoure listings are public information and available from the county in which the property is located. When a property is in the process of being foreclosed, the notices are filed.

Once a property has been foreclosed, and is owned by the lender, those REO properties are sometimes published on the lenders' websites. If not, you would need to contact the REO dept of the lender to ask how you could receive the info on their REO properties.
