Not really - lots of criminal activity and crime potential near Market St.

Hamilton Forest (across from Starmount) is far safer!

Just a short stop to downtown GSO, the farmers mkt , ball games and other downtown events. Many fun things to do with the family in this area while still be in town. If you would like more details please email me at Att: Phyllis Thank you and best of luck on your hunt for a home! ... more

My advice would be to check out the websites that have been offered. I would also go to county websites, and if that doesnt answer all your questions I would call the police information line and ask them. If you have any other questions please contact me 336-908-4378,

While I do not personally do commercial real estate I do have a contact that is one of the best. I prefer to specialize and just stay in residential.

Several things a commercial agent will need is to know where you would like to be just a general area. Then what type of store? What size a location you would need? Then there will be decisions such as what type of amenities you will need.

Feel free to contact me through my profile here on Trulia or through one of my websites listed below.

We have ample supply of homes you'd probably be thrilled with. I help quite a few folks relocate from Florida, and our company offers a Relocation package if you'd be interested. I wonder if you have a home to sell there 1st? Most of my clients are having to take a huge hit on their sale, but making up for it with their purchase here. Congrats on the baby - very exciting! ... more

The best buy on a golf course is at Greensboro National Golf Club and Estates. It is located in Rockingham County, about 17 miles north of Greensboro. City Center is approximately a 20-30 minute commute. Lots are still under $100,000 on the course and custom homes are available from the low $400,000's up. Membership is optional and there are no HOA dues. Small neighborhood pool and clubhouse is more "grill like". Course is family owned and well maintained. ... more

Hey Brenda!
I have a home on Trulia in Guilford Hills, right behind Friendly Center, that is available next month.
It's on 610 N Elam Ave and is available for lease/option.
It's a great location for shopping and commuting in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Drop me a note if you need further help!

With Thanks,
Tyler Keryluk

I'm assuming the numbers signify square feet and may be determined using Length x Width = Area calculations.

142x205 = 29110
34x72 = 2448
72x181 = 13032

Total square feet = 44590 divided by 43,560 (acre) = 1.023 acres

I hope this helps

Well it depends on what you are looking for. As far as the general zip code it is a predominantly middle to lower income bracket with the majority of the populace in the $50,000 to lower household income. It is a mostly family (as in married households) area. It is a mostly younger populace being under 49. I have access to much more data if needed. Look below to see a link to a website in order to pull up data for the Zip Code. It is very close to a major throughfare being near Wendover Avenue. If you need any help with more information or other questions just let me know.

The areas around the UNCG are in some cases transitional. There are some areas where the homes are being bought up by investors and are being fixed up. So it is a gamble in some respects unless you have a good guide. I have buyers (Investors) looking at homes in that area. There are however other areas that are more in line with what you are looking for. Mostly it would depend on your needs (bedrooms, etc) and how much you intend to put into a new home. ... more
