Joshua, check out your MLS website information pages. One page will reveal the syndication network your MLS is connected to. If the MLS is syndicated to ListHub, your listing will end up on Trulia and Zillow and 100's of other sites also. --------------- What will be required of you is your listing entry must include a "Y" in the line asking 'Do you want to advertise/syndicate/publish to internet?" --------You should be good to go. ... more

Your listing agreement is with the firm the listing agent represents. Your listing agent should take the time to explain everything to your full satisfaction. It is their legal and agency responsibility. If they cannot, ask for a meeting with their broker in charge.
