My home (which is a mobile home) does NOT have a basement. I wanted to edit the record to reflect that, and have not been able to do so. This will affect the value of the property.

Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hello Jeff,

Nathan from Trulia here. Thank you for contacting us regarding the edits to the Public Records listing at http://www.trulia.com/homes/Tennessee/Greeneville/sold/1018057-807-Harmon-Dr-Greeneville-TN-37745.

We appreciate you providing the correct property details. We keep your feedback in our records and update the "owner information". However, the information reflected on our Public Record listing is something we cannot edit.

Keith is correct, we receive all records information from a third party. Home facts and prior sales include information compiled from public records at local assessor, tax, and recorder offices. At this time we cannot manually update this information, only remove it from the listing. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you would like the public record removed from the site, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-888-466-3501 or customerservice@trulia.com

In answer to your post regarding your profile location showing as Groveport, OH. It appears you have two Trulia profiles, one of your profiles shows a primary location of Greeneville, TN. Your other profile shows Groveport OH as your primary location. Any posts from your Jeff Justis profile will show you as a home buyer in Groveport OH. If you wish to change this information it can be updated through your profile page via the orange edit profile button.

Thank you!

YOU WOULD HAVE TO TALK TO A MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER WHICH I AM NOT BUT I DO KNOW SINCE YOU OWN A HOME WITH YOUR EX HUSBAND FREE AND CLEAR OF ANY LEINS WHY WOULD YOU NOT BE ABLE TO SIGN IT OVER TO HIM OR HIM TO YOU. BY PURCHASING ANOTHER HOME WHEN YOU HAVE A HOME ITS EITHER CONSIDERED YOUR 2ND HOME OR INVESTMENT PROPERTY AND USDA I AM PRETTY SURE WILL NOT BE A 2ND HOME LENDER
OR INVESTMENT LENDER. BUT ALSO WITH 4,000 A MONTH INCOME IT SHOULD BE EASY TO SAVE UP 5% OR MORE AND GO WITH A CONVENTIONAL MORTGAGE WITH A LOCAL BANK THAT WOULD BE YOUR BEST BET. MOST GOVERNMENT LOANS ARE FOR VA-VETERANS AND
THDA, USDA -FIRST TIME OR LOW INCOME HOME LOANS

George Raymondo answered:
Congress passed the Senate USDA Appropriations Bill, S.2375 last year which included a grandfather provision staying the revised eligibility map in March 27,2013. So I am assuming you are worried about the changes affecting your area you are interested in. There not much we can do other to speculate based on the last U.S. Census data and compare it to the previous data, but truthfully not even the USDA themselves know exactly what areas will be affected. We just have to wait and see. Last year in October, when the changes were supposed to implemented, the industry caused such an uproar that the Senate decided to stay the implementation of the revised map until March of 2013. We'll have to see after the dust settles next month and go from there. FYI, I am an optimist. I keep on moving forward until I run out of road, and then...well sometime you just have to change course or just plain punt.

Best of Luck!
