There is no accurate way to tell you exactly what your flood insurance policy would be unless you had an elevation certificate. Hello, If your home is in a flood zone x, you more than likely wont require flood insurance. You can check on http://www.floodsmart.gov for flood zones of homes.

This house is not on the market at this time. You asked about walk in closets in the Master Bedroom. What else is important to you? Interview some full time professional realtors, find one you are comfortable with and sit down for a consultation going over what you want, what you need to do to be ready, and having the agent set up a custom search so that you are on top of properties as soon as they hit the market. Inventory is tight and chances are if you think a house is great, so will someone else. You need to be ready to move when the right one comes along. If financing having a current pre-approval ( this will also help you to know what range you want to stay in price wise- don't over-extend yourself) or if paying cash you need to have current proof of funds (bank statement or portfolio statement).

I recently assisted another buyer with the purchase of a condo in the Arbor Heights community. That is a nice condo community but right now they have a restriction against long term renting so if you are an investor buyer you need to know that only short term rentals are allowed for now.

There are 5 condos currently on the market in the Arbor Heights community. Two are bank owned (units 602 & 1104), two are short sales "preforclosures" (units 1206 & 506) and one is a condo being sold on a "normal" basis (unit 307).
