Hello,
Almost all prices are negotiable in real estate. If this is a bank owned property I have seen then negotiate quite a bit.

Thank you for your responses. My credit card wasn't used, the address is on my credit report. I texted my ex-husband (he's the only one I know in Great Falls) and asked him if he knew anyone that lived at the address listed on my report. He responded with "I used to live there, why?" Hmmmm, just found out who did it. I'm going to be contacting Dahlquist and if the need arises and my proof is provided then I may be taking my ex to court. Again, thank you for your quick responses. They were very helpful. :) ... more

Chuck-
Keep in mind that when lenders look at properties for FHA loans, the types of issues that could be problems with a home are deemed "Health & Safety Concerns." Such things as water damage, mold, broken windows fall into that category. From the pictures of this home, it looks like a very nice home and it doesn't look like it has any issues. Yes, a lender would require a heating system which your realtor can tell you whether or not it has. Other than that, it looks like a great house.

If you have any questions about qualifying for an FHA loan, please feel free to contact me.
