Patricia, I do not know if Mott called you or not. But Unless you have written and signed permission to speak about the owners mortgage, of which you have to have the mortgage number, the dtaes of borth and social security number of the home owner ythey are not going to tlak to you at all.
Us agents have it hard enough when we list a short sale that ther maybe 3 dioffernet faxes and phone numbers we have to deal with just to talk with the correct people.
Today is Sunday and I have an appointment at 12 n00n to show a home. Bt will be free after, lets say 1:30 PM, we can talk. I have a couple of questions like has the home been listed before? Do you know the owners name? Not the bank ! Do you know if it is in foreclosure at this time? Like a new shiny door knob, notices on the door or window saying so, that also may give a phone number to call to inquire about the property?

Ihave yopur number but just incase I do not call by , lets say 2PM today, please call me at 321-480-2544 and we can talk about the home.
