Patricia, I do not know if Mott called you or not. But Unless you have written and signed permission to speak about the owners mortgage, of which you have to have the mortgage number, the dtaes of borth and social security number of the home owner ythey are not going to tlak to you at all.
Us agents have it hard enough when we list a short sale that ther maybe 3 dioffernet faxes and phone numbers we have to deal with just to talk with the correct people.

Do you know the owners name? Not the bank ! Do you know if it is in foreclosure at this time? Like a new shiny door knob, notices on the door or window saying so, that also may give a phone number to call to inquire about the property?
