No flash ads. No moving anything unless I ask for it. No music unless I request it. Plain simple interface that is easy to get around.

age of house, location, condition, plat, taxes (last years) if HOA or not. Basically I want enough information on the site that I NEVER have to contact any realtor to find out it is NOT what I want wasting several peoples time including mine.

If a property actually has land, show some of the land. Describe it as hilly, mountain goat only, flat or whatever it is.
