Hello Monika,

Good morning.

Are you still looking at the two properties 1720 Gettysburg, Golden Valley, MN 55427 and 8005 Victoria Lane St. Are you still in the market to buy a home? If so, I would love to see if we can help you out. Do you have a realtor yet? If not we have preferred ones we can get you in contact with. I would like to see if I can help you out with a home mortgage. I will try and make this a very easy process. Please let me know how to help out.
Thanks much.

Hello Tom,
Good morning.
You can try contacting the website directly and express your concerns with them. Interior photos can be removed , and maybe even the whole home listing as well. They might be more inclined to remove them after you speak with them. If only on one site then, should be pretty easy. If you need a realtor or have a need for a mortgage I'd be happy to see if we could help you out.
Thanks much,
Josh Lund

It is only 2 years IF you were not late on payments or if you are able to show "extenuating circumstance" and put 10% down.

90% of the time it will be three years, because a short sale with late payments is seen the same as a foreclosure.

If you are unsure and want to check with my loan officer just let me know!

What's probably been killing interest is unit #210 which is bank owned and was priced 25k less than your unit. It's pending so that takes it off the table. But there's also unit #208 (active listing) which is $10,000 more but has been fully renovated.

Sometimes it's not about the listing agent. Sometimes it's about the listing and the other listings within a building that determines showings.

One thing your agent CAN do is if you choose to drop the price, have your agent cancel the existing listing and relist with new photos and new copy. Your listing is showing as being 347 days on market which presents a bad 1st impression to buyers.

closed 3/29/11 for $117,500. Would have been a nice place to build, I never figured out the deeded access. Was listed in 2009 as a short sale
