Golden Beach is more private, very small community with two sides - beachside and West of A1A, full of single family homes. The police is watching over your every step there. Do not go over 35 miles an hour. Golden Beach is farther away from more hectic/exciting areas of Miami Beach, so it is as quiet as it could be. Similar areas of Miami Beach will not be on the beach side, but they will be closer to South Beach, Downtown/Performing Arts and Edgewater/Midtown/Design&Art Districts.

There are not six directly next to each other. There are a few that are right next to each other that owners are interested in selling. Consult a realtor who has several listings in Golden Beach. Be realistic and price your home correctly for the market. Put the property in excellent condition. Then look for a lender owned or short-sale condo in Sunny Isles. It is my feeling that it is better to separate the transactions. While you can consider a trade as an option, you severely limit yourself if you focus only on this. If you are not moving up in price, this is not the best time to sell. Considering that you are buying a more expensive property than the one you want to sell, what you lose on the sell side, you will pick up in equity in the condo you buy.
