If I understand your question correctly the answer is - yes, there are many people who will accept a 1st time home buyer program with no money down as part of that particular program. The amount of down payment is not an issue for a seller who will get his proceeds at closing the same whether no money down or 5% down. The seller may insist that you bring in Earnest Money in the range of $1000. Most 1st time homebuyer programs require that you have $1000 of your own money but there may be a few programs around that require no down payment at all. Good success with your purchase.
