I spent 30 minutes on the phone to cancel my account because there was no way for me to do it online. They had the audacity to charge me for another 3 months for service I won't receive. Buyer beware of their stupid contracts! I had previously purchased their Market snapshot which provides unreliable data to be sent to my prospect base. I tried to cancel that after a few months and they wouldn't let me out of their contract. They agreed to cancel it only if I extended my CRM contract with them for another 6 months. It has been an entirely worthless waste of nearly $1000 for me. They lock you into a contract because their product sucks and are afraid to lose you once you find out how worthless it is. ... more
