Unfortunately Realty Trac can be misleading. This property is not actively for sale.

Here is every property actively for sale in Gloucester:

Hope that helps!

This property may not actually be for sale, it may just be there to get you to fill out forms so your info can be sold.

Hi Athanasia

That's a good question! You should work directly with an agent who can help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Ali, Trulia Voices Community Manager

Territory.com answered:
Looks like a foreclosure that is not actively on the market. If it is a single family there shouldn't be restrictions on FHA but if it is a condo you would need to find out from the association if the building was FHA approved.

I would ask the listing professional:
RE/MAX Advantage Real Estate (978) 281-8005 List Agent: Ron Goulart & Jennifer Anderson
They may have more pics and will know the property best.

Heath Coker answered:
There are many reasons for a price increase. They vary from, "my son told me to," to, "the bank won't approve anything less than ...". I suggest that if you know the market, go and look with a real estate professional. Ask for comps that an appraiser would probably use, and make an offer. Real estate price is ultimately determined by what the two parties will agree on.

Territory.com answered:
No, it is not under agreement with another buyer. Actually the listing simply expired (on 1/1) which likely means the listing contract between the seller and their agent expired. Usually the property will come back on the market shortly thereafter.
If you are interested in this home let us know and we can reach out to them:

Territory.com answered:
It depends. It could also mean it was pulled from the market (by the seller, could be for various reasons) or the listing had expired (meaning the contract between the seller and the agent expired so therefore the listing expired). If you post the address we could give you an exact reason.
