Welcome to Trulia Voices and thank you for your question. It appears as though your new broker does not submit listings to us automatically. Your listing on Sussex Ct. has been submitted to us by Coldwell Banker which is why it appears on our site. Your other listing on Glendale Ave. hasn't been submitted to us at all and that is why we only show property record information for that home and why no price is listed.

I encourage you to access the link below to find out about the listing submission options we offer. You'll likely want to submit your Glendale listings using our 'one at a time' method but you might also want to let your broker know about our XML method so they can submit all of their listings to Trulia automatically.

Please be sure to let us know if you experience any difficulties submitting your listings to us or if you have any other questions or feedback for us.
