Hello, We are the marketing group of Arrowhead lakes. We distribute our Newsletters in that area as well as other areas. You might read it, or throw it away? We market all our properties on 4 different websites, we put our listings on our Newsletters and flyers. We schedule showings, open houses, we do not like doing virtual tours because we want people to come and see the house in person. Our office is based VERY close to the Arrowhead Lakes area and it would be very easy for one of our team members to show the property at anytime of the day. We will get your property out there to see. You want to work with an agent that has listings not someone who is waiting to get there first one. In 2009 we sold more than 70 houses valley wide. Runner-up rookie of the year. Our experienced team wll get your property sold.

We would love to set-up a time to get your property information to see what the property is worth and where the Comps are saying would be the best price to sell it at. I know every agent and team on here says it but If you have any other questions please give our office a call we have listings all over the valley but specialize in the Glendale area.

If you would like to set-up a no obligation appointment please give our office a call at (623) 414-3388 and talk to Lisa

Have a Happy New Year!

Hi hope I can help answer your question. To list your home frist you would ask a few realtors to come to your home for an interveiw . A large company would be your best bet because they have more access to buyers. After you feel must comfortable with an agent then I would check her/his experiencec. If you need more help feel free to contact me and I'll send you some great agents to interview,

I have studied this for years. My average if there is a true water view (not a "you can see the water if you tilt your head and stand on tiptoes in the closet view") is ten percent. That is: 10% additional for two like properties. The one with a water view and the one without being almost identical.

I am a real estate agent of many years.

Get a lawyer. And make sure you have copies of all your documents.

Are you sure you were dealing with a Realtor? From what you're describing, I'm not even sure about that.
