I think you can generally go with just about any plumber. I would suggest talking to people you know to get a reference for a plumber you can hire. You should do your research and find out as much as you can about a handful of plumbers. With that research, and the reviews you're able to get, you should be able to decide which plumber you ultimately want to work with.

Would be a great thing to have in the summer, especially with so many people traveling up north from the city to see the Botanic Gardens.

That is a big reason why my clients decided to pursue landmark status for their home in Glencoe. 350 Sunrise Circle was designed by Edward Dart for Barry Crown of the Crown Family in 1965. It is an amazing residence and it would be unthinkable to tear it down.

I think that the best place to find feedback on specific listings would be on a sight like this or more likely on social media.

In 2012 the months of May, June, July & August recorded the most closings, which means the properties went under contract 30 - 60 days before that, which is typical.

Hi Mark,
The residential real estate tax in Glencoe and Winnetka varies depending on a number of factors. I always advise my clients to contact the Cook County Tax Assessor. Please feel free to call 1-312-443-7550, or better yet, go to the website at www.cookcountyassessor.com. You can zero in on a particular home or neighborhood for specific information. If you need more help in Glencoe or Winnetka, please feel free to contact me. I'd be happy to help you find a wonderful home.
Best of luck,

Wow, you've been led astray - you've gotten your answer - the current owner may well have paid through the end of the year, but that will be adjusted at closing so that you begin the day title changes hands and the current owner is reimbursed for any overpayment.

Wish it were so, but I'm afraid not.

Best,
Jeanne Feenick
