Rose, First see if you could buy the house without your husband or vice versa . Would you be able to afford the house without the spouse and do you really want to buy this house?. buy on your name only.
if not call the sellers agent and see if the seller kept your deposit would they let you off the contract?,
explain your situation or pay extra and buy you way out, it will be less expensive now, than later. Good luck.

From my understanding you can qualify for a mortgage if your H1 has a minimum extension of 3 years. I suggest you meet with a loan officer to evaluate your scenario.

Hi Lorraine, great question. Fox Hill Farm is widely considered to be one of the best 55+ communities in Delaware County. The HOA fees are $297/month and include exterior maintenance and grounds fee. There is no additional fee for the club house which includes indoor/outdoor pools, billards, fitness center, game/craft room, library, tennis/bocce/shuffleboard courts. Fox Hill Farm is truly a resort-style community. Did I mention the walking trails?

If you would like to pick a day/time to tour the complex and the available units, please let me know. The differences are going to be with regards to the age of the appliances, systems, etc. We can get you a home warranty.

Best of luck to you!

Karen,

As we see it, your delema may be directly related to not having legal representation on your behalf. If you have not been working through an attorney it may not be too late.......

Generally speaking, when the other party has an attorney representing their best interests, it's always good to consider doing likewise!

Good luck,

Bill
