According to the previous owner, who lives next door, no. He claims that the front yard of 86 Spring ln is his current property and that he leaves it as wild as can be so future owners are discouraged from buying it.
Also the well and septic, by his account, are broken/unusable and by county code there is not enough property with this house to rebuild the well/septic.
My family had the "pleasure" of obtaining this info as soon as we stepped onto the property to look at it. I do not see this property selling, at least not to anyone who actually wants to live at it.... more
